Affiliate Program Agreement
Please read this agreement carefully, as it contains important information regarding your legal rights and remedies.
Eligibility: Our affiliate program is open to anyone who is interested in promoting our web design and development services, as long as they comply with our terms and conditions.
Commission: Affiliates will receive a commission of 20% on every sale they generate using their unique affiliate code. For example, if an affiliate generates a sale worth $1000, they will receive a commission of $200.
Discount: Customers who sign up using an affiliate code will receive a 10% discount on our web design and development services. This discount is a great incentive for customers to use an affiliate’s code and to try our services.
Payment: Commission payments will be made on a monthly basis, with a minimum payout of $50. This means that affiliates need to generate at least $50 in commission before they can receive a payment.
Referral Tracking: Affiliates will be given a unique affiliate code that they can share with their audience. Referrals will be tracked using this code, and commission will be paid based on the sales generated using the code. This tracking system ensures that affiliates are properly credited for the sales they generate.
Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any activities that may harm our business or reputation, such as spamming, misleading advertising, or using our trademarks inappropriately. We take these activities seriously and may terminate an affiliate’s account if they engage in any prohibited activities.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate’s account at any time, without prior notice, if they violate our terms and conditions. This ensures that our program remains fair and equitable for all participants.
Liability: We are not liable for any losses or damages that may occur as a result of an affiliate’s participation in our program. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their participation in our program complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Modification: We reserve the right to modify our terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. We will notify affiliates of any changes to our program through our website or email.
Agreement: By participating in our affiliate program, affiliates agree to comply with our terms and conditions and to act in good faith. This agreement ensures that all participants in our program are committed to promoting our services in an ethical and honest manner.
